DIETARY CONSIDERATION:  Raw, Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, Sugar Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Gluten Free


INGREDIENTS 

  • 4 Stalks Celery

  • 2 Cups Parsley or Cilantro

  • 3 Cups Spinach

  • 1/4 Cup Pineapple

  • 1 Tbs Chunk Ginger

  • 1 Lemon


EQUIPMENT 

Cold Press Juicer


DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash everything, then juice it all and drink. If it’s too tart, add an apple or more pineapple, but eventually I guarantee you’re gonna grow to love the flavour without any extra sweetness. You can also cold press all ingredients (except spinach) then blend juice with spinach in high speed blender
