RAW BROWNIE BALLS

These balls are quick, simple and delicious!
SERVES: Makes 12-16 depending on size of balls.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup almonds
1 cup pitted dates
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder or cacao powder approximately
2 Tbsp water
More cocoa powder or matcha powder to roll them in.
EQUIPMENT
Vitamix of Blender of choice
Food Processor
DIRECTIONS
Puree the almonds and dates until they are chunky. Add the salt, vanilla, cocoa, and puree until the nuts are finely chopped and the mixture hold together. You may need to add up to 2 Tbsp. Water to help the mixture become cookie dough consistency.
Once combined, measure approximatly 2 tsp. of mix and roll into a neat little ball. Toss in cocoa or match, or eat as is.
Will last in the refrigerator for several weeks.
