Fine, dessicated coconut will magically turn into butter a lot easier than if you buy the shredded kind.
SERVES: Yields about half a cup.

INGREDIENTS
200g Bag of Fine, Desiccated Coconut
EQUIPMENT
Vitamix or Blender of choice
DIRECTIONS
Stick it in your high powered blender for 30 seconds. Stop and scrape the sides down. Repeat three or four more times. Transfer to a glass jar and you’ve got yourself the exact same thing. So easy…ENJOY!
